| Account Management is the integral link between PIMCO and our institutional clients, prospective clients and their consultants. Account managers work in one of the following groups: |

Client Servicing Group. A critical interface to PIMCO’s institutional clients, Client Servicing Account Managers are responsible for fostering and strengthening existing client relationships with large institutional investors such as pension funds, endowments, foundations, and government entities. Client Servicing Account Managers represent PIMCO at client meetings, keep clients well informed about PIMCO’s strategy and outlook, and educate clients on a broad set of products and services. In addition, the Client Servicing Group translates client objectives and constraints into portfolio guidelines and monitors account activity for consistency with guidelines and current strategies. |

Consultant Relationship Group (“CRG”). Responsible for servicing investment management consultants, CRG Account Managers maintain strong, credible relationships with this key constituency, and partner with them when appropriate to support mutual clients’ needs and investment objectives. |

• |
Marketing Account Management Group. This group focuses on pursuit of new business development opportunities, maintaining relationships with prospective PIMCO institutional clients, and working with institutional wholesalers and financial advisors. |

| In addition to fostering and strengthening existing client relationships, Account Managers in each of these groups are responsible for: |

Providing information about performance attribution and market performance together with the firm’s current outlook and strategy. |

Educating clients about a broad set of investment strategies, products and services |
|
• |
Organizing and communicating information effectively in writing and interpersonal communications, including presentations |

| Account Managers actively contribute to the Firm’s investment strategy and economic outlook development process and other important investment and client-related firm activities. This includes participation in activities such as: |

PIMCO’s Secular and Cyclical Forums |
|
• |
Annual client road shows and educational seminars |
|
• |
Industry conferences |

• |
PIMCO’s client conference and account management and firm-wide strategic initiatives. |
