Andrew Spottiswoode

Mr. Spottiswoode is a vice president and product manager in the Newport Beach office, focused on liquidity and income strategies. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2011, he was an economist at the CME Group, responsible for product development of new and existing exchange-traded financial instruments. Prior to that, he was a commodity trader at Cargill, where he specialized in trading the U.S. agricultural and energy markets. He has seven years of investment experience and holds an MBA in analytic finance, econometrics and statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in economics from Saint Olaf College.
