John J. Kirkowski

Mr. Kirkowski is an executive vice president in the Newport Beach office and a member of PIMCO's executive office, contributing to firm-wide strategic, financial and operational initiatives. He previously served as a product manager with a specialization in credit strategies, and as an account manager working with institutional clients. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2006, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking, convertible bond and municipal bond groups. He also worked for one year at the non-profit 9/11 United Services Group in New York. He has 10 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University.
