Vijendra Nambiar

Mr. Nambiar is a vice president and product manager with the liability driven investments (LDI) team in the Newport Beach office. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2009, he was with Towers Perrin, where he was responsible for actuarial valuations, stochastic funding forecasts and asset-liability studies. He also analyzed and recommended risk-mitigation strategies for corporate pension plan sponsors. He has four years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree in actuarial science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in financial engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
