Mr. Blair is a senior vice president and credit analyst/portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office, covering municipal credits. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2006, he was a vice president and municipal credit analyst for 10 years at Nuveen Investments, focusing on high yield California bonds, primarily in the land-secured sector, as well as utilities, multi-family housing and toll road bonds. Mr. Blair was also an auditor and certified public accountant at Arthur Andersen for three years. He has 13 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
