Mr. Devlin is an executive vice president in the London office and head of European liability driven investing (LDI) portfolio management. He was previously a portfolio manager on the global desk in Newport Beach for three years. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2006, he gained broad global experience with Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch in Toronto, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York, where he traded fixed income derivatives. He has 15 years of investment experience and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
