Mr. Cummings is an executive vice president and head of the municipal bond desk in the Newport Beach office. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2002, he was vice president, municipal trading at Goldman Sachs, responsible for a number of municipal sectors, including industrials, airlines, utilities, healthcare and high-yield. He has 20 years of investment experience and holds an MBA, as well as his undergraduate degree, from Rutgers University.
