Mr. Louanges is an Executive Vice President, a generalist portfolio manager for PIMCO Fixed Income Portfolio Management in Munich and heads the European Government team. He joined the group in 1998 to become Head of Fixed Income Portfolio Management, previously working as a Fixed Income sales person at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in Frankfurt and Paris and a Fixed Income Fund Manager for the Commerzbank subsidiary Caisse Centrale de Réescompte in Paris. Mr. Louanges has thirteen years of investment experience, is a member of the CFA Institute and holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion in Paris.
