Mr. Louanges is an executive vice president, a generalist portfolio manager, and co-head of portfolio management in the Munich office. Since the beginning of 2008, Mr. Louanges has also been a managing director of AGI Germany, representing PIMCO’s portfolio management on the board of AGI. Before joining PIMCO in 1998 as head of fixed-income portfolio management, he was a fixed-income sales person at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in Frankfurt and Paris and a fixed-income fund manager for the Commerzbank subsidiary Caisse Centrale de Réescompte in Paris. He has 13 years of investment experience and holds a master's degree in finance from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion in Paris.
