Mr. Jones is a vice president and product manager for PIMCO's portable alpha-based equity strategies in the Newport Beach office. He was previously on the short-term portfolio management team and also held positions in account management. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2000, he was an analyst at Collins Associates, a fund-of-funds investment management firm. He has 11 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside.
