Zeyu Chen
Portfolio Manager, Commercial Real Estate
Mr. Chen is a senior vice president and portfolio manager in the New York office, focusing on commercial real estate debt investments. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2018, he was a member of the investments team at CIM Group, responsible for acquiring, underwriting and managing a large portfolio of real estate investments across the U.S. Previously, Mr. Chen held positions with WHI Real Estate Partners and with BMO Capital Markets in the real estate capital markets group. He has 13 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree in business with a concentration in finance and international business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
