Prior to joining PIMCO in 2021, he was a strategist and portfolio manager within the multi-asset solutions team at Santander Asset Management. Prior to that, John worked at BlackRock as a senior multi-asset investment strategist. He also worked at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. He has 11 years of investment experience and holds a B.A. in economics and history from the University College of Dublin and a master's degree in international relations from the London School of Economics. He is a CAIA charterholder.
