International Airport:
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
If you arrive at LAX, pre-arranged ground transportation is recommended. A shared-ride shuttle service (available outside the baggage-claim area) provides the most economical transportation, but reservations are recommended. Driving time to Newport Beach from LAX is at minimum one hour. Taxi service from LAX is not suggested.
Non-International Airports in the Area:
John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA)
A taxi from SNA is very convenient as the airport is approximately five miles from PIMCO.
Long Beach Airport (LGB)
Approximately a 40 minute drive to PIMCO. Taxis are available but pre-arranged ground transportation is recommended. If you do plan on taking a taxi upon your arrival, please make sure to bring specific directions as taxi drivers may not be familiar with the Newport Beach area.
