Thomas Seto
Parametric Portfolio Associates
Mr. Seto is head of investment management in the Seattle investment center at Parametric Portfolio Associates. He is responsible for all portfolio management and trading at the Seattle investment center and is a member of the executive committee. Prior to joining Parametric in 1998, he served as the head of U.S. equity index investments at Barclays Global Investors. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
