Andreas Berndt
Portfolio Manager, Euro Investment Grade Credit
Mr. Berndt is an executive vice president and portfolio manager in the London office. Mr. Berndt leads PIMCO’s European insurance portfolio management group and manages sterling and euro investment grade credit and aggregate portfolios. He is also a member of the research group of the European portfolio committee. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2000, he worked for BfG Invest in Frankfurt, managing a broad range of fixed income portfolios. He has 29 years of investment experience and holds a master’s degree in business from Business School of Banking and Finance in Frankfurt, Germany. He is also a member of the CFA Institute.
