Mr. Barnum is a vice president and strategist in the Newport Beach office, focused on multi-sector fixed income strategies. Previously at PIMCO he focused on equity strategies, including portable alpha and systematic active equity strategies. He has 18 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He received his undergraduate degree in English literature from Harvard University.
