Nick McNair
Portfolio Manager, Commercial Real Estate
Mr. McNair is an executive vice president and portfolio manager in the commercial real estate team in the London office. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2020, he served with Deutsche Bank’s European commercial real estate group for 14 years, most recently as managing director and head of origination for Europe. Previously, he held various underwriting, asset management, and workout roles at Deutsche Bank. Prior to this he was on the structured finance team at Royal Bank of Scotland, and earlier in his career in real estate he was a chartered surveyor and chartered arbitrator. Mr. McNair has over 25 years of pan-European real estate and finance experience in diverse debt, equity, and advisory roles.
