Mark Chin
Credit Research Analyst
Mr. Chin is a senior vice president and credit analyst in the Newport Beach office, focusing on the food and beverage, restaurant, packaging, paper and forest product sectors. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2010, he was an investment banker in leveraged finance and mergers and acquisitions at UBS Securities. Previously, he worked in technology mergers and acquisitions at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Before that, Mr. Chin held roles at Everdream Corp., a Silicon Valley startup, and also in asset-backed finance at Lehman Brothers. He has 23 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
