Mr. Martinez is an executive vice president and portfolio manager on the short-term desk in the Newport Beach office, primarily focused on funding and collateral trading strategies. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2013, he was an associate director at Barclays, focusing on short-term fixed income markets and global funding trading strategies. He has 20 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree from Columbia University.
