Dan Ivascyn: It's been a great 25 years. So very fortunate to spend one time at a great company. To be mentored and have the opportunity to work with great investors. I learned active investing is a team sport. At the end of the day, teams matter. Gaining great insights from people from diverse backgrounds, different backgrounds, being able to leverage a lot of small ideas that roll up into very strong, overall investment performance are very important. After 25 years here, I see the importance of different perspectives all contributing to overall idea generation. I also think it's just very important to make good objective decisions. We're big fans of the behavioral finance literature, the economics community, just to help us make better, more objective decisions. Today, the market's much more complex, our client needs are much more complex, it requires far more customization, the distinctions are blurred between different types of strategies nowadays versus when I first joined the firm. So technology, strong analytics, very technical skill sets are far more important today. Having a healthy appreciation for economic history, market history and the realization that stuff sometimes just happens and be positioned to be able to withstand these negative surprises are still universal themes that are still important today in areas that we focus on here at PIMCO.
