Antonese: Culture was one of the main factors in choosing what firm I was going to work in. I think that I can motivate myself to put my best work out there, but I wanted to be at a firm that really valued different ideas and opinions and backgrounds and experiences, and PIMCO really does that
Iggy: All PIMCO colleagues across the firm, first and foremost, show up every day to serve our clients. Hands down, that's what we're here to do every single day.
Madalina: PIMCO culture is really results oriented. It’s very client focused and at the same time, it’s really based on teamwork.
Chloe: People are willing to help. If you reach out with a question, if you reach out and need assistance with something, people are willing to stop what they're doing and help you.
Tiffany: It’s not necessarily a formal discussion that you’re having once a year, but it’s kind of an ongoing discussion with feedback on how you can always get better.
Gaya: So, there's room for innovation at every level, and people are really trying to make sure that PIMCO stays at the front of investment processes.
Steven: In this day and age you really can't get by without some sort of tech. From the start they wanted me to provide ideas and be able to contribute rather than just, kind of, absorb.
Iggy: We operate - all of us – with the expectation that we are doing what is best for the clients at all times.
Tiffany: I think one of the best things about PIMCO culture is the fact that it’s just open and honest.
Antonese: All of my friends that I've made here in Newport are actually from PIMCO. They're my PIMCO friends, my PIMCO family. And so, I think that's really surprising, and hopefully new hires will feel the exact same way.
