He is responsible for external sovereign and corporate debt portfolios, and also focuses on private lending arrangements. Mr. Skouloudis is a permanent member of the Emerging Markets Portfolio Committee (EMPC). Prior to joining PIMCO in 2012, Mr. Skouloudis worked for Morgan Stanley in London, trading short-term interest rates. He has 17 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, as well as a postgraduate degree in economics from the University of Cambridge.
