Prior to joining PIMCO in 2010, Mr. Kao was a product strategist at State Street Global Advisors focusing on stable value and short-term strategies, and before that, he was an executive director at UBS. He has 36 years of investment and financial services experience and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
