Thomas Kressin
Portfolio Manager
Dr. Kressin is a senior vice president and portfolio manager within the European insurance team. He joined the Allianz Group in 1998 and PIMCO in 2002. Until 2009, he worked as co-lead of the global desk in Munich, and until 2017, he headed the European foreign exchange desk in the Munich office. He has also served as a member of the European portfolio committee. Previously, he supported the private client asset management division of Dresdner Bank AG in Berlin. He has 33 years of investment experience and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Technical University in Berlin, Germany, and a Ph.D. from the Technical University Cottbus.
