USA PATRIOT Act Notice
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR ESTABLISHING A NEW CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA PATRIOT Act requires certain financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who establishes a customer relationship. When a customer relationship is established, PIMCO or one of its affiliates (or a delegate acting on behalf of the relevant PIMCO entity) may ask for the customer’s name, address, government identification number and other information that will allow the relevant PIMCO entity to identify and verify the customer.
